Rocket League + Fortnite Summer Road Trip Event

Get ready, gamers! From July 23 to August 6, Rocket League and Fortnite fans can unlock some seriously awesome rewards, including the all-new Tesla Cybertruck. This futuristic ride is bound to make you the talk of the digital pitch, and all you have to do is complete some fun challenges in Rocket League. Alongside the Cybertruck, daily challenges will keep you coming back for more with enticing rewards that foster a sense of progression and achievement.

But that's not all—this update takes cross-platform integration to the next level, letting you seamlessly play across different gaming systems. Plus, some of your in-game unlocks can be enjoyed in both Rocket League and Fortnite. Talk about a win-win!

FREE Tesla Cybertruck and Items

The Cybertruck in Rocket League sticks true to its real-world counterpart’s iconic design. With its angular, stainless-steel-inspired body, the Tesla Cybertruck is hard to miss. In the game, it uses the hybrid hitbox, offering unique handling that sets it apart from other cars. Players love its precise ball control and powerful shots, making it a top pick on the field. Ready to give your “Stocktane” a break? The Cybertruck’s here to shake things up.

How to Unlock the Cybertruck

The Summer Road Trip event gives you two ways to grab the Cybertruck—by completing challenges in either Rocket League or Fortnite. Once you’ve unlocked it, you can use the Tesla Cybertruck in both games. Cross-game ownership means more perks for you! If you own certain Car Bodies, Decals, and Wheels in one game, they’ll automatically be available in the other—as long as you’re using the same Epic Games account.

Rocket League Cybertruck Rewards & Challenges

In Rocket League, players can complete the Summer Road Trip quests by using the Beast Mode Boost and playing five online matches in a party. This method unlocks the Tesla Cybertruck, Decals, Beast Mode Boost, and Cyber Wheels in both Rocket League and Fortnite through cross-game ownership.

• July 23: Play 8 Online Matches to unlock the Cyber Wheels

• July 31 - August 6: Play 5 Online Matches in a party with the Beast Mode Boost equipped to unlock the rest of the rewards.

Fortnite Cybertruck Rewards & Challenges

July 23 - August 6: Unlock the Cybertruck and more rewards by completing a series of nine in-game challenges that alternate between:

• Earn XP (solo or with your party) in creator-made islands.

• Earn XP with a party in Fortnite Battle Royale (BR, Zero Build, Team Rumble, and Reload), LEGO Fortnite, Rocket Racing, or Fortnite Festival.
