*This spot was originally intended to be “Anything”, the #2 Seeded team out of the MENA Region. Unfortunately, they have forfeited their spot at the upcoming Rocket League World Championship. As the #3 through #8 seeds in MENA were also unable to field a roster for the event in the time remaining, another team has been invited to ensure the tournament is played with 16 teams. As the EU region collected the most RLCS points at Majors this season, we have invited the next best team outside of the Top 4 from that region's leaderboard.

RLCS 2024 Schedule & Format

Swiss Stage (11-13)

The competition begins with a 16-team Swiss System format. In this stage, teams play a series of best-of-five (Bo5) matches. The goal is to progress through the bracket based on performance, and the top 8 teams at the end of this stage will move on to the playoffs. The first stage of the Rocket League World Championship features a Swiss-system format with five rounds. Here's the breakdown:

Day 1 (Sept. 10)

  • 16 teams begin the competition with eight matches.

Day 2 (Sept. 11)

  • High Matches: Eight winning teams face off.

  • Low Matches: Eight losing teams compete.

Day 3 & 4 (Sept. 12-13)

  • Qualified & Eliminated Teams Identified:

  • Four teams with two wins face off; two winners advance to the Playoffs.

  • Eight teams with one win and one loss compete in mid matches.

  • Four teams with two losses compete in low matches; two teams are eliminated.

Swiss Tiebreaker (14 September)

Teams finishing in 3rd to 5th place in the Swiss Stage enter a tiebreaker to determine their exact seeding. In this tiebreaker, the 3rd place team faces the 4th seed. The loser of that match then competes against the 5th seed. All matches are played as best-of-five (Bo5).

Round 4 & 5 Matches:

  • Teams with a 2-1 record play to determine three spots in the Playoffs.

  • Teams with a 1-2 record compete to determine three eliminations.

  • Remaining matches determine the final qualifiers for the Playoffs.

Playoffs (14 September - 15 September)

The playoffs follow a bracket system. The top 4 teams from the Swiss Stage begin with two chances to reach the Final Four, while teams ranked 5th-8th start with only one chance. All playoff matches are played in a best-of-seven (Bo7) format.

These cannabis gummies keep selling out in 2024

If you've ever struggled to enjoy cannabis due to the harshness of smoking or vaping, you're not alone. That’s why these new cannabis gummies caught our eye.

Mood is an online dispensary that has invented a “joint within a gummy” that’s extremely potent yet federally-legal. Their gummies are formulated to tap into the human body’s endocannabinoid system.

Although this system was discovered in the 1990’s, farmers and scientists at Mood were among the first to figure out how to tap into it with cannabis gummies. Just 1 of their rapid onset THC gummies can get you feeling right within 5 minutes!
